What techjobs is

techjobs is a free job board for tech roles in the Middle East and North Africa, run by Code Inc. (Kuwait). Its purpose is to connect candidates and employers and to understand the tech job market.

Job seekers

CV matching (“Match my CV”): your CV text is analysed to produce your report and is not stored. If you tick the optional box, only anonymised data – skills, experience level, category and country – is saved for market statistics. If AI coaching is enabled, your CV text is sent to our AI provider solely to write the tips.

Applying to a job posted on techjobs: your name, email, phone, note and CV are stored and shared with that employer so they can review your application. Contact us to have your application deleted.

Jobs imported from company career pages link out to the company’s own site; no data is collected when you apply there.

Employers

Posting is free. We store your account (email, company, hashed password), your jobs and the applications you receive. We may publish aggregated statistics about jobs (for example demand by skill or country); these never identify a candidate.

Job data

Some listings are collected from the public career-page feeds of the companies concerned and link back to their original posting.
